Hi, all. I just finished a youtube video of Big Sciota. I used the Composite Acoustic carbon fiber guitar for this one. Some folks on the forums were asking about the tone and whatnot, and I was hoping this video would be helpful for that, and hopefully just entertaining in its own right.
Another nice one Dave! Thanks for keeping this going - I have a CA BG Performer as well (you may have played it at kamp a couple years ago). I keep it at work since I don't have to worry about the humidity with the CA.
ReplyDeleteHope to see you at kamp again.
Dan
Thanks, Dan. It might have been your CA that I played, although something is making think that Dave Bowman had one at Kamp that year I played. (?) It's hard to remember, now.
ReplyDeleteI hope I can make it to Kamp this year!
Hope so.
ReplyDeleteHey, don't know if you take requests, but Dixie Hoedown would be a great backup track to have.
Dixie Hoedown--got it. Third in the queue, after Arkansas Traveler and Salt Creek.
ReplyDeleteCool, those are both great ones too. I know it's a lot of work doing those recordings - many of us really appreciate it!
ReplyDeleteSounds great, Dave. Is Big Mon one you pick much. I've been looking for a backing track for it. Keep up the good work, it's very much appreciated!
ReplyDeleteBig Mon--I haven't played it much. I've sorta limped my way through it in some jams, but it seems like a good one to learn. I'll get that one going, too. Current queue is:
ReplyDelete1)Arkansas Traveler
2)Salt Creek
3)Dixie Hoedown
4)Big Mon
I've been a bit distracted these past few days, I'll post about why sometime soon.
